If you changed your mind or wish to exchange your purchase, the following terms will apply.

You are required to present a proof of purchase such as your receipt or bank statement when returning the item.
The product must be in its original packaging and condition upon return.
You have the option to exchange the product for other items of the same value or receive store credit to the value of the returned product/s.
We do not offer refunds if you simply changed your mind.

Please note that we cannot exchange all fashion accessories, plushy toys, make up, wearable items, and all consumable items due to hygiene reasons.

Returns for Faulty items

We are not required to offer a refund or replacement if you change your mind. You will be offered a refund if the product

Has a major fault

Can’t be easily fixed or replaced

Is unsafe

Is significantly different from the sample or description

A purchase receipt or other proof of purchase will need to be presented in store for any return within 3 days.

If the fault is minor, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion within a reasonable time. Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Minitopia cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair.

Minitopia will not be responsible for any cartage expenses and/or freight costs for returns and replacements.

Shipping Terms & Conditions:

Minitopia's delivery services operates only during business days. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our courier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Your order will be dispatched upon fund authorisation, verification and stock availability. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
We do not deliver to PO box addresses.
Minitopia offers shipping within Australia and New Zealand only. We currently do not offer international shipping to other countries.
All prices in our online store are in Australian dollars.
Orders from New Zealand please note: Customs and import charges for international orders can incur additional import and customs charges, depending on the value of your order. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Nail polish, flammable items and some consumable items cannot be shipped internationally. You can find more details on the United Postal Union Convention website.
To be inline with the Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
