Shipping Terms & Conditions:
- Minitopia's delivery services operates only during business days. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
- While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our courier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
- Your order will be dispatched upon fund authorisation, verification and stock availability. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
- Minitopia offers shipping within Australia and New Zealand only. We currently do not offer international shipping to other countries.
- All prices in our online store are in Australian dollars.
- Minitopia offers free shipping for purchases over $100AUD (applicable to Australian metropolitan areas only).
- If the shipping address is to a rural/regional areas, please select rural shipping option in our shipping method, otherwise your order will not be shipped.
- Furniture and bulky items are not part of our Free Shipping offer. Shipping costs are displayed for each furniture and bulky product page.
- Orders from New Zealand please note: Customs and import charges for international orders can incur additional import and customs charges, depending on the value of your order. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information. For further information regarding NZ Customs Service, please visit their online estimator at www.whatsmyduty.org.nz/personal/duty-and-gst/ to estimate what, if any, duties you may need to pay.
- Nail polish, flammable items and some consumable items cannot be shipped internationally. You can find more details on the United Postal Union Convention website.
- To be inline with the Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
